Family Ford is amazing. We were traveling to Savannah and started having issues on I-95. I suspected it was the alternator and was able to nurse the car to the nearest exit and literally coasted into Family Ford. Chris Jackson, the Parts Manager, had the techs do a diagnostic, confirmed the alternator was fried, got the part from Carquest up the street and within a couple hours, had it replaced. They were super friendly, transparent and just really helpful. Best service I’ve ever gotten!

One of the best dealership experiences I’ve had. Jennifer was so helpful and available, never pushy allowing me to purchase at my pace. 2 1/2 hours away-by phone, I agreed to purchase on Thursday and the Bronco was in my driveway 930a the next morning. Car making some troubling sounds on my long drive back to South Florida. When I got off the interstate to check, my front tires immediately caught my eyes. I was in a panic because they were in such bad condition and I was towing a camper and had my dog. Ford was a mile away and took me in even though I don’t own a Ford. Helped with unhitching the camper, gave my dog some water, and had us on our way with new tires in less than an hour. Forever grateful to make it back home - safe and sound.
