Family Ford is amazing. We were traveling to Savannah and started having issues on I-95. I suspected it was the alternator and was able to nurse the car to the nearest exit and literally coasted into Family Ford. Chris Jackson, the Parts Manager, had the techs do a diagnostic, confirmed the alternator was fried, got the part from Carquest up the street and within a couple hours, had it replaced. They were super friendly, transparent and just really helpful. Best service I’ve ever gotten!
